This book, which is an explanatory work based on 2nd Matter of Risale-i Nur’s Treatise of Fruit and Second Station of 13th Word of Risale-i Nur is written to look at death and life in the light of a different perspective. When you complete the book, you will witness that the cure of the death, greatest matter for a man, has been found, and that the method for finding an immortal life and an everlasting happiness have been shown.
Firstly we are trying to look closely at the fact that the cure given by the Religion for death is a tremendous harbinger brought by the Religion by the hands of Prophets.
Later, a very important truth is explained with a striking example describing the proposals of the two different groups in the face of death, one inviting us to the eternal life while the other inviting us to the ephemeral world.
And later, with an impressive style, it is determined that the great importance, for the human being, of the cure/remedy for escaping from the execution of the death and the true meaning of everything could only be found with the recognition, by everybody, that he/she is like a convict waiting for his or her turn for hanging.
At the next stop: The reasons of the profound difference between a Muslim and a non-believer or somebody believing in other monotheistic religions and the effects of this difference on social life are evaluated. In addition, it is stated that everything that has been existing in the name of humanitarian values and civilization, was first introduced by the prophets and with the support given for/adaptation of these invaluable moral treasures by others, these values have become universal.
And later, the question “how could a non-believer, with such a disbelief, enjoy the life and continue living?” are replied with stunning answers. Moreover, the situation of those people, who, on appearance, seem to believe despite being not interested in the high truths declared and the responsibility of worship brought by the religion, is put under investigation.
And ultimately, “Saving One’s faith”, an important concept that is not adequately known in this country, whose population is 99% Muslim, is dealt with. It is determined that, the expression that “At least I am a believer and even if I am sent to hell, I’ll get out of there and go to Heaven”, unfortunately does not reflect the reality of the situation we are in and that believing does not necessarily mean that that faith will come to grave together with you and an answer to the following question is looked for: “We wonder what are the characteristics of a faith that will give us happiness in the eternal life with 99% certainty?”
We would like you to accompany us in this imaginary and mental journey of discovery. There is only one fixed price for a ticket of the Journey: A strong sense of wonder in the search for truth.
This work is a part of our basic/source book called “A Journey of Discovery for an Extraordinary Treasure: Risale-i Nur (The Treatise of Light) Training Program” upon which our “Journeys of Discovery, Risale-i Nur Training Program” is constructed and it is “The Solution for Death”, which is the fourth discovery of the five discovery, dealt with in the first main part of that book, which is called “Discovering the Value of the Treasure of Faith”.
We strongly suggest and present this book to those who regularly read Risale-i Nur as well as to those who want to get some information for the first time.
The epilogue of our book which is entitled “Your Journey Just Begins Now!” is also included in this work as it contains emotional, striking and impressive points coming sincerely from the deepest parts of our hearts about the reading of Risale-i Nur and attendance to the Risale-i Nur Lectures.

Risale-i Nur’un Meyve Risalesi’nden 2.Mesele ve 13.Söz’ün İkinci Makamı üzerinde geliştirilmiş bir izah çalışması olan bu eser; ölüme ve hayata farklı bir ışığın altında bakmak için yazıldı. Kitabı tamamladığınızda, bir insanın en büyük meselesi olan “ölümün çaresi”nin keşfedildiğine ve “ölümsüz bir hayatı ve bitmeyen bir mutluluğu kazanmanın yöntemi”nin gösterildiğine şahit olacaksınız.
İlk önce dinin, peygamberler eliyle getirdiği büyük müjdesinin ve ölüme getirdiği muhteşem çarenin ne kadar büyük bir müjde olduğuna yakından bakmaya çalışacağız.
Daha sonra ölümün karşısında durup, ebedî hayata ve fâni dünyaya çağıran iki farklı grubun tekliflerini anlatan çarpıcı bir misalle çok önemli bir hakikatin keşfine çıkacağız.
Ve sonra, ölümün idamından kurtulma çaresinin insan için ifade ettiği büyük kıymetin ve her şeyin gerçek manasının; ancak “herkesin asılacağı sırayı bekleyen bir idam mahkûmu gibi olduğunun idrak edilmesi” ışığında ortaya çıkacağını, etkileyici bir üslupla kesinlik derecesinde göreceğiz.
Bir sonraki durakta ise bir Müslümanın, Allah’ı tanımayan bir dinsiz veya semavî dinlerden birine inanan biri ile arasındaki derin farkın sebepleri ve bu farkın toplumsal hayata etkilerini ele alacağız.
Ayrıca ahlak, insanî değerler ve medeniyet adına ne varsa, ilk önce peygamberler eliyle insanlığa getirilmiş olduğu ve daha sonra diğer insan gruplarının bu kıymetli manevî hazinelere insanlığın ortak malı ve değerleri olarak sahip çıkmasıyla, bu değerlerin evrenselleştirildiği konusunu ele alacağız.
İnkâr eden insanın, böyle bir inanca sahip olup da, hayattan nasıl lezzet alıp yaşayabildiği sorusuna verilen çok çarpıcı cevaplarla karşılaşacağız.
Ayrıca dinin getirdiği yüksek hakikatler ve yüklediği ibadet mükellefiyetiyle hiç ilgilenmemekle birlikte, görünüşte iman etmiş olmak durumunun inceleme altına alacağız.
Ve en nihayetinde, yüzde 99’u Müslüman olan bu ülkede yeterince ve iyi bilinmeyen çok önemli bir kavramı ele alacağız: “İman kurtarmak!”
Yaygın ve son derece hatalı bir düşünce olan: “Bizde nasılsa iman var ve cehenneme girsek bile sonunda oradan çıkıp cennete gireceğiz” ifadesinin ne yazık ki içinde bulunduğumuz durumun gerçekliğini yansıtmadığı ve iman etmiş olmanın, o imanın ölüm anında sizinle beraber kabre gireceği anlamına gelmediği tespit ediliyor ve şu sorunun cevabı aranıyor:
“Acaba bize %99 kesin bir ihtimalle ebedî bir hayatı kazandıracak olan hakikî bir iman, nasıl bir özelliğe sahiptir?”
