The basis of our evidence is the interwoven connections between the objects which are related to each and every other part of the universe and has indispensable connections with the whole of it. Besides, there is also the fact that each living being that came into existence, is not a fixed and simple material, it has the characteristic of being continuously renewed. These are the two basic points that we will base the impossibility of this section. There are consequences of claiming that it is self-created. You can’t say these words and just step aside.

In a similar way, if we explain the coming into existence of a fly with the action/movement of the natural and material factors, then we will certainly accept that these factors are standing by its side or working inside that fly. Then how is this possible, have you ever thought about it?  In order to be able to answer this deep but simple question and understand the issue we need to do this: For a second, just give up accepting by heart, without questioning, what we are told and try to accept this information in the real sense. It is said,” material causes create this fly” So be it. Let’s accept that material causes are really making that fly.

Then what do we have to accept for that? How will it happen? This is a very interesting question.

The main problem related to the understanding Allah’s existence and as well as the necessity of Hereafter, comes from the inability to make sense out of the works which lead to these truths and which are visible everywhere before our very eyes, from the inability to see their close relationship with these truths and the inability to infer that such activities are the results of these truths.

In order these three truths, which show themselves all over the cosmos and make, in every occasion, apparent that they are not limited by any factor, to be able to manifest themselves in a way worthy of their infiniteness, generosity should be able to bestow infinite bounty and infinite kindness and to make His infinite beauty seen in numerous ways and in an eternal manner. And His flawless perfection, which manifests itself with His works, should be displayed to those who will appreciate, admire and wonderingly gaze at it.  So to speak, it would be necessary that they should express themselves in these ways and they should not consent that these spiritual and secret treasures remain hidden. Let us have a look at this famous, perfect and ageless example of Pharmacy, which is used in Treatise of Nature to explain the first item of the nine impossibilities, which is used to narrate how material reasons/causes are incapable of creating the matter/objects, grasping the issue at its roots. It is attempted to create a living mixture, the formula by using different substances contained in around one hundred jars. Then we see that there are a great number of mixtures/formulas with functions of living things. Then we see that, many mixtures showing the characteristics of liveliness have been made around. When we analyse their content in a detailed manner, we see that these mixtures are put together and produced with special and precise measurements. We certainly know that such a result can’t be obtained with the random mixing of the materials in the jars with the blowing of the wind. 

We would like to develop our example little further and we imagine ourselves in a distant future in a fantastic “Biotechnology Laboratory” of a science fiction film.

Tabiat Risalesi’ndeki dokuz adet imkânsızlığın ilk maddesi olan ve sebeplerin eşyayı oluşturmalarında ortaya çıkan ilk imkânsızlığın anlatımında kullanılan ve meseleyi kökünden kavrayan meşhur, mükemmel ve eskimez misale tekrar bakalım. Bir eczanedeki yüz civarındaki kavanozun içindeki maddeler kullanılarak, canlılık özelliği olacak bir karışım, bir formül meydana getirilmek isteniyor. Sonra bakıyoruz ki, etrafta canlılık özelliği gösteren çok sayıda karışım yapılmış. Bu karışımların özel ölçülerle, hassas bir ayarla bir araya getirilerek oluşturulduklarını, içeriklerini detaylıca incelediğimizde anlıyoruz. Böyle bir neticenin rüzgârın esmesiyle, kavanozlardaki maddelerin birbirine rastgele karışmasıyla oluşamayacağını elbette biliyoruz.

Misalimizi biraz daha geliştirmek istiyoruz ve kendimizi yüksek bir gelecekte ve âdeta bir bilim kurgu filmindeki fantastik bir “Biyoteknoloji Laboratuarı”nın içinde hayal ediyoruz. Okumaya devam et →

Bir sineğin oluşumunu eğer tabiî sebepler ve maddî unsurların hareketiyle açıklayacaksak, o unsurların sineği oluşturma esnasında maddeten yanında bulunduklarını ve içinde çalıştıklarını elbette kabul edeceğiz. Peki bu nasıl olacak, hiç düşündünüz mü? Aslında derin fakat cevabı basit olan şu sorunun cevabını verebilmek ve bu olayı anlayabilmek için şunu yapmamız gerekiyor: Bir an için bize anlatılanları ezber tarzında kabul etmekten çıkıp gerçekten kabul etmeye çalışın. “Maddî sebepler bu sineği yapıyor” deniliyor. Tamam, öyle olsun. Maddî sebepler gerçekten bu sineği yapıyor olsun.
