In this presentation, we would like to share with you our striking analysis which has the characteristics of the precursory and the intellectual basis of an utterly different approach of education and science and the Civilization of Quran which will give fresh new hope to humanity. We will also present some of our findings as to how  to introduce an educational approach which accepts the existence of a Creator, by contributing to the formation of the philosophy of science for  “Medresetüzzehra Education Approach”, which is the special name given by Bediüzzaman Said Nursi, at the beginning of last century,  for a project of innovational educational program: teaching of rational and religious sciences together, their reconciliation and integration as well as our views on the production of scientific models, interpretations and approaches that can be accepted as alternatives to the existing scientific approaches.

Demokrasiye Küfür Rejimi Demek Çok Önemli Bir Kategori Hatasıdır

DEMOKRASİYE KÜFÜR REJİMİ DEMEK ÇOK ÖNEMLİ BİR KATEGORİ HATASIDIR
 
Öncelikle demokrasi, padişahsız meşrutiyettir. (yani temel farkları budur.) Demokrasinin kökleri meşrutiyettedir. Demokrasiyi inkâr etmek isteyen, ya meşrutiyeti de inkâr etmeli veya bu açık gerçeği görmelidir. Bu açık gerçek görüldükten sonra ise, “meşru” (şeriat dairesinde) kaydıyla padişahsız bir yönetimin (yani meşru demokrasinin) aynı manayı (Bediüzzaman’ın kabul ve müdafa ettiği meşruta-yı meşrua’dan) daha mükemmel bir şekilde karşıladığını fark edeceksiniz.
Demokrasiye küfür rejimi demek, çok önemli bir kategori hatası yapmaktır. Ve televizyondaki bir programda inkâr sözleri işittiğinizde, televizyona küfür aleti veya kâfir demekten farksızdır. Çünkü nasıl ki televizyon bir cihazdır ve cihazların dinî inançları olmaz. Hangi programı yüklerseniz onu gösterirler. Aynen bunun gibi, demokrasi de bir yönetim sistemidir. Yönetim sistemlerinin dinleri olmaz. Küfre girmez, imandan çıkmazlar. Hangi temel kaideleri yüklerseniz ve nasıl uygulamalarda bulunursanız, (âdeta kabın şeklini alan su gibi) ona göre şekil alırlar.

Meşrutiyet mi, Yoksa “Meşru Demokrasi” mi Şeriata Daha Uygundur?

MEŞRUTİYET Mİ, YOKSA “MEŞRU DEMOKRASİ” Mİ ŞERİATA DAHA UYGUNDUR?

Şeriat; hukuk ilkeleri, temel prensipler ve genel kuralları içerir. Başlı başına bir yönetim sistemi değildir ve açıkçası İslamiyet’in temel esas ve kurallar haricinde önerdiği ve getirmiş olduğu bir yönetim sistemi de yoktur. Bu ise insanlığın gelişimi boyunca ona eşlik edecek olan ve kıyamete kadar hükmü devam edecek bir kurallar bütününün tam da olması gerekli şeklidir.

Artık birilerinin bir yönetim sistemi olan demokrasi ile dinle, ilahî kanunla aynı manaya gelen şeriat kavramının ancak yüzde birini ifade eden ve siyasete temas eden “uygulama esasları ve temel kaideler topluluğu” mahiyetindeki şeriat hükümlerini kıyaslamaktan vazgeçmesi gerekir. Bir yönetim sistemi ile uygulama esasları birbiriyle kıyaslanmaz ve birbirinin alternatifi de rakibi de olamaz zaten.

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bazı radikal düşünceye sahip insanların, demokrasiyi küfür rejimi olarak görmelerinin ve şeriatı ise, demokrasiye alternatif ve rakip bir yönetim sistemi zannetmelerinin, ne kadar hatalı bir yaklaşım olduğunun açık bir şekilde ortaya koyulmasıdır. Ayrıca Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’nin cumhuriyet ve meşrutiyet-i meşrua kavramlarına taraftar olup sahip çıkması nedeniyle, bu kavramlara itiraz edemeyen fakat demokrasiyi küfür (inkar) olarak görmeye devam eden bir zihniyetin vahim yanlışını ortaya koymak maksadıyla; demokrasinin, gerçek bir cumhuriyetin vazgeçilmez bir parçası olduğu ve temel olarak “padişahsız meşrutiyet”ten başka bir şey olmadığı, en çarpıcı şekilde ve sağlam bir mantıkî kurgu içinde incelenmiştir. Şeriatın, bir yönetim sistemi olmadığı, temel ilke ve kurallar bütünü olduğu ve İslamiyet tarafından yönetim şeklinin ne ve nasıl olacağının tavsiye edilmediği ve ortaya koyulmadığı; dolayısıyla bir yönetim sistemi (demokrasi) ile uygulama esaslarının (şeriat) birbiriyle kıyaslanamayacağı ve birbirinin alternatifi ve rakibi de olamayacağı, en kesin ve net bir şekilde çözümlenmiştir. Bununla beraber, çalışmamız ilahî hükümlerin oylanabileceğini ve ilahî hikmet ve takdire hürmet etmenin, demokrasiyle olan tabii (doğal) ilişkisini en mâkul bir tarzda ortaya koyulmuştur. Son olarak, temel şeriat kaidelerine herkesin uyması şartıyla, halkın kendi kendini yönettiği “meşru” (yani şeriat dairesinde) bir yönetim şeklinin, yani “meşru demokrasi”nin, şeriata (meşrutiyete kıyasla) çok daha fazla uygun düşen bir yönetim anlayışı olduğu en açık şekliyle tespit edilmiştir.

While it is possible to be occupied with the effort of trying to know Him, having felt the need for His Power and Compassion, he rather questions whether Allah needs worship by a weak and helpless creature like himself.

With a very different approach, we are dealing with reductionist atheism of materialistic thinking, that is the thinking which considers the living beings as the coming together of elements by reducing the biology to physics and chemistry, which is expressed   as “Something which is already existing cannot be destroyed into non-existence, and something which is not existing cannot be created”. This approach sees the creation of the universe just as the relocation of the existing particles, leaving the Creator out of consideration.
